What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, vendor and employee relations, and learning and development
• prepare locations for opening
• recruit and train local managers
• support hiring, onboarding, and team operations
• oversee inventory and supplies
• develop district strategies
• conduct site visits and review sales
• manage staff hours, timecards, and deposit verification
• oversee season-end breakdown and reporting.
