What you'll do

• Lead daily transportation operations, personnel, vehicles, and resources
• plan staffing, schedules, vehicle assignments, and dispatch
• monitor fleet availability and coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and readiness
• track performance and contractual requirements
• maintain operational records and reports
• ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, installation, safety, and company requirements
• coordinate with government representatives and internal stakeholders
• implement operational improvements.
