What you'll do

• Facilitate intakes, CO-Triage, and intake scheduling
• provide crisis support, psychoeducation, and relapse-prevention planning
• coordinate admissions and levels of care
• collaborate with providers and community agencies
• document referrals and follow-up
• maintain patient records and compliance documentation
• answer phones, schedule appointments, conduct drug screenings, verify Medi-Cal eligibility, manage files and clinic logs, maintain supplies and inventory, support staff onboarding and workflow consistency.
