What you'll do

• Manage preventive health, chronic disease, and community health for assigned patients
• provide primary care
• obtain histories and interview patients
• examine patients and develop diagnostic plans
• order and interpret tests
• implement treatment plans
• evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions
• determine need for consultation
• prescribe and assess medications
• provide scheduled evening and Saturday clinic coverage and rotating after-hours call and hospital coverage.

Why this role
