What you'll do

• Manage fundraising opportunities, including grants, donor cultivation, annual campaigns, and capital campaigns
• oversee prospect research, major gifts, and development operations
• implement fundraising-related strategic plans and procedures
• address fundraising needs across facilities
• communicate with the CEO
• represent the organization in community and healthcare settings
• supervise Foundation staff
• oversee donor-related marketing and communications
• manage board giving campaigns and fundraising policies.
