What you'll do

• Determine customer needs and recommend products and solutions
• respond to inquiries about product selection, orders, pricing, delivery scheduling, complaints, and follow-up
• develop business with new customers through sales and service
• maintain product knowledge
• enter orders and pricing and schedule deliveries
• coordinate with outside sales representatives
• follow customer job supply checklists and suggest additional products
• accept and apply payments
• follow up on deliveries for completeness and timeliness.
