The On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse — Nights role is onsite in Essex County, NJ, with compensation of $43–$51 per hour. The position provides after-hours hospice care and support to patients and families in Essex County. VNA Health Group’s hospice team follows a compassionate, patient-centered approach to end-of-life care. The nurse responds to patient calls and urgent needs, makes on-site visits as needed, assesses and manages symptoms, and supports families. The role also requires communication and coordination with the interdisciplinary hospice team and timely documentation of care and communications.
