What you'll do

• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs
• respond to and prioritize service requests
• monitor apartment vacancies and initiate turnover work including painting, cleaning, and repairs
• perform preventive maintenance
• walk the property daily to inspect cleanliness and safety and support curb appeal.
