What you'll do

• Provide accurate, updated information about Life Extension products, disease protocols, disorders, and magazine articles
• answer customer questions by phone about product ingredients, recommended dosages, and usage
• research and explain complex health and scientific information
• listen, ask probing questions, navigate internal systems, and document customer interactions
• periodically review basic lab results and make appropriate product suggestions
• apply coaching and feedback
• maintain punctuality and flexibility for business needs
• attend onsite regularly.

Why this role

Pay varies by qualification: BS level or below $20–$21; master’s $22–$23; registered nurses $24–$25; registered dietitians $25–$26; nurse practitioners and PhDs $25–$27; physicians $26–$27.
