Child Care Administrator

The Child Care Administrator role is onsite in Gambrills, MD; compensation is not specified. The full-time position supports daily operations at Bambini Montessori Academy’s early childhood program for children from infancy through age five. Working with the Center Director, the administrator maintains records and regulatory documentation, coordinates staffing and family communication, and supports enrollment and center operations. The role helps ensure the program runs smoothly and meets Maryland State Department of Education and Office of Child Care requirements.

What you'll do

• Support daily administrative operations, staffing, scheduling, and record-keeping
• maintain child, staff, and enrollment records
• respond to family inquiries and coordinate enrollment and tours
• manage billing, attendance, and reporting systems
• support staff documentation
• coordinate events and meetings
• monitor compliance and licensing documentation
• assist with onboarding and training records
• and oversee the center in the Director’s absence.

Why this role
