Job overview

What you'll do
- Oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through punch list and closeout
- lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams
- manage schedules, budgets, and resources
- serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and engineers
- enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes
- identify and mitigate risks
- review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments
- conduct site inspections and quality audits
- manage subcontractor, supplier, and vendor relationships
- use construction management software to track progress and report metrics.
