The general manager leads restaurant operations and is accountable for financial performance, team development, guest experience, and operational standards. The role builds the leadership team, supports hiring and training, maintains compliance and safety, and helps establish the new location’s culture and performance.

What you'll do

• Manage restaurant financial performance, budgets, forecasts, payroll, and schedules
• safeguard company assets
• oversee POS, security systems, and equipment
• maintain compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and applicable regulations
• train and develop team members
• conduct evaluations and hiring
• lead shifts
• engage with guests and respond to reviews
