What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• evaluate and record equipment issues
• convert diagnostics into work orders
• contact customers to discuss service needs and schedule work
• coordinate shop workflow, communication, paperwork, and employee efficiency
• track quality and productivity goals
• audit inventory and ensure parts availability
• deliver parts to local vendors when required
• maintain an orderly work area and follow company safety procedures
• support additional tasks, including occasional overtime.
