• Support the Lead Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising homebuilding phases
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor
• monitor quality and safety

• maintain project records, schedules, budgets, and change orders
• manage material and equipment availability
• address delays
• enforce building-code and safety requirements
• maintain jobsite cleanliness
• and help maintain standards in the Lead Superintendent’s absence.
