What you'll do

• Supervise and engage with clients
• model appropriate behavior
• participate in recreational and program activities
• assist clients with physical and emotional needs
• under a mental health professional’s supervision, implement clinical services and complete documentation
• complete assessments and treatment plans as assigned
• participate in weekly treatment plan reviews
• provide psychotherapy when indicated by the individual treatment plan and under supervision
• complete discharge summaries and crisis plans
• assist clients with medical and healthcare needs
• follow the treatment supervision plan and applicable licensing rules.
