What you'll do

• Provide operational oversight for the Ambulatory application portfolio
• partner with the Ambulatory Supervisor and ACIO to prioritize work
• support governance, strategic planning, and decision-making for Epic Phase II
• coordinate application teams, operational stakeholders, and project leadership
• assist with workload prioritization, issue escalation, and resource planning
• mentor and guide analysts and project leads
• support operational processes, application ownership, and team coordination.
