What you'll do

• Call treating physician offices and claimants to schedule pharmacogenomic and toxicology testing and verify contact information
• explain testing and procedures
• follow up with physician offices to confirm testing and reschedule missed appointments
• facilitate virtual observations of oral tests
• document calls, appointments, follow-ups, and related details.
