What you'll do

• Lead by example to uphold Global mission and Four Pillars.
• Inspire, develop, and empower management and associate teams.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Ensure every Guest receives an outstanding experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Maintain food safety standards and ServSafe certification.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for Guests and associates.
