What you'll do

• Plan and prepare meals for residents and staff
• accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences when possible
• follow menus and food-safety practices
• manage kitchen cleanliness, inventory, ordering, storage, and records
• follow USDA and CACFP requirements
• transport food and supplies and safely operate shelter vehicles
• support residents and families using trauma-informed principles
• complete client-service documentation and maintain confidentiality.
