What you'll do

• Own e-commerce strategy and P&L across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart.com, and future partners
• lead customer relationships, planning, negotiations, assortment, pricing, and promotions
• oversee digital shelf execution and retail media
• establish KPIs, forecasts, and performance insights
• align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• build and develop the e-commerce organization
• identify and launch new digital channels.
