What you'll do

• Identify and shape DoD and federal opportunities
• analyze acquisition strategies, budgets, and funding
• lead complex capture opportunities and develop capture plans
• build customer engagement and competitive strategies
• qualify and manage the opportunity pipeline
• develop teaming strategies
• coordinate technical solutions and pricing
• lead executive gate reviews and Go/No-Go recommendations
• transition mature captures into proposal development
• collaborate across business development, engineering, operations, contracts, pricing, finance, and proposal management.
