What you'll do

• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, check-in and checkout, calls, referrals, authorizations, reminders, and documentation
• update electronic medical records
• support insurance verification, billing, payments, and claim follow-up
• assist customers with store inventory and sales
• manage supplies and records
• prepare reports
• support credentialing, clinic procedures, process improvements, tours, meetings, and employee engagement
• maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable requirements.
