What you'll do

• Provide customer-focused service
• assist with daily fitness center supervision and administration
• conduct fitness assessments and functional movement screenings
• assess member health status and provide exercise and wellness recommendations
• develop exercise programs using member goals, health history, assessment data, physician recommendations, and ACSM guidelines
• assist members on the fitness floor
• demonstrate safe exercise form
• support member retention and wellness incentive programs
• aid group classes and staff education
• assist with facility cleaning as needed.
