What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces
• support kitchen and front-of-house team members with cleaning and stocking
• follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• assist with trash removal and floor cleaning.
