What you'll do

• Troubleshoot network issues and provide onsite support for remote analysts
• deploy network equipment and cabling
• coordinate copper and fiber vendors
• support wired and wireless LAN/WAN technologies
• connect laboratory equipment and troubleshoot connectivity
• install and support operating systems and applications
• perform backups, patching, account administration, and configuration
• support servers and storage
• configure printers and Zoom infrastructure
• coordinate infrastructure projects
• travel to surrounding locations and participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every five weeks after onboarding and training.
