What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations, policies, staffing, recruitment, and staff evaluations
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• participate in facility surveys and quality assurance activities
• support discharge planning and care plan meetings
• conduct rounds and review nursing documentation, medication passes, and treatment schedules
• provide direct nursing care as necessary
• support staff training, safety, infection control, and resident rights.
