Direct Support Professional Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Travel throughout Oregon to meet newly hired DSPs
• conduct in-person orientations
• explain systems, tools, policies, benefits, and contact channels
• serve as an initial contact for questions and concerns
• connect DSPs with appropriate team members
• follow up on unresolved needs
• communicate DSP concerns to the North Star team
• represent the company professionally.
