What you'll do

• Oversee workers compensation claims from filing through follow-up and resolution with insurance adjusters
• coordinate limited-duty and transitional assignments
• liaise with medical providers and adjusters about treatment and work status
• collaborate with managers on gradual return-to-work plans
• identify suitable transitional duties based on restrictions and business needs
• maintain complete and confidential claim files
• ensure compliance with state and federal laws and reporting requirements
• provide guidance on claims processes
• prepare and maintain claims and return-to-work reports.
