Part-Time Automotive Service Porter – Town & Country Ford

Job overview

The Part-Time Automotive Service Porter role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Town & Country Ford is part of the Sonic Automotive dealership group. The porter moves customer vehicles and supports service-area traffic flow, helping customers navigate vehicle drop-off and pickup while keeping the service parking area orderly and safe.

What you'll do

• Greet customers entering the service area and direct them appropriately
• record appointment and vehicle details
• control service traffic and parking
• park and retrieve vehicles
• install disposable vehicle covers and identification tags
• deliver keys and repair orders to service advisors
• maintain a clean service drive
• and follow safety procedures and report accidents.
