The Facilities Lead is an onsite role based in Trevor, WI. Pay is $32–$38 per hour, supporting the Wisconsin Distribution Center team. This role exists to maintain world-class facility standards by leading operations, performing hands-on maintenance, and ensuring that all building systems function efficiently to support distribution activities.
What you'll do
- Lead facility operations for 800,000+ square feet
- plan preventative maintenance and budgets
- perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work
- manage vendor services
- respond to emergency requests
- prepare maintenance reports.
