What you'll do

• Prepare food according to Enerbase procedures and maintain a high-quality finished product
• clean and organize the kitchen, including washing, mopping, sweeping, hauling garbage, and scrubbing
• manage food inventory by storing, organizing, and retrieving food
• operate a cash register when required
• maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• follow regulatory procedures
• perform other duties requested by the Food Service Manager or Store Manager.
