What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items and keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display cooking when needed and assist guests with carved meats when the carver is unavailable
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment
• rotate products using FIFO
• keep the hot-cook area and smallwares clean
• follow health department requirements.
