What you'll do

  • Coordinate and oversee virtual and classroom instruction and youth programs
  • train and guide Group Leaders
  • develop program plans and evaluate activities
  • maintain membership data and reports
  • manage site expenditures and financial records
  • build relationships with school leadership and community partners
  • support outreach, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising
  • maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • supervise and coach staff
  • enforce safety and wellness protocols.
