Senior Director, Sourcing (Protein)

What you'll do

• Own sourcing strategy across beef, pork, chicken, and key ingredients
• build sourcing capabilities for meat snacks, frozen products, and new formats
• develop supplier and producer relationships
• make supplier selection and diversification decisions
• manage pricing, availability, yields, and specifications
• negotiate agreements
• identify cost savings and value opportunities
• partner with Quality, Operations, R&D, Commercialization, and planning teams to support product launches and supply execution.
