What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• maintain the dish room and dish machine
• sort and load soiled items
• unload and stack clean items
• rewash items that are not satisfactorily clean
• sweep and mop floors
• scrub walls and trashcans
• pick up trash
• clean floor mats
• perform other related duties as requested.
