What you'll do

• Respond to commercial tenant questions and concerns
• assist with commercial leases, amendments, renewals, and related documents
• maintain tenant records
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• process rent payments and statements and review accounts payable and receivable
• follow up with prospective tenants and assist with tours
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• support budgets, expenses, and service contracts
• participate in property events and monthly building walks
• track tenant service and maintenance requests.
