What you'll do

• Greet members, verify check-ins, and resolve issues
• conduct membership tours and assist with sign-ups
• explain membership options and identify opportunities to support members
• sanitize and organize equipment
• maintain a clean, safe facility and report maintenance issues
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• handle calls, messages, mail, and packages
• communicate with management and staff.
