What you'll do

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• prepare patients and explain procedures
• position equipment and set exposure factors
• use radiation protection techniques and follow safety standards
• review digital images for quality
• maintain equipment
• perform required quality assurance testing
• maintain patient confidentiality and required records
• assist the radiologist with QA/QC reporting
• complete mammography tracking and maintain accreditation and inspection documentation.
