What you'll do

• Safely operate the Head Start bus and follow traffic laws and program policies
• conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• maintain a clean vehicle and follow routes and schedules
• oversee children boarding and exiting and ensure proper use of safety restraints with the bus monitor
• supervise children and follow procedures for emergencies or incidents
• communicate with families and staff.
