Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor — Data Center Construction

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash-flow reports, and cost-control systems
• monitor costs, commitments, expenditures, accruals, and forecasts
• prepare cost reports and financial updates
• support risk registers, payment applications, contractor pricing reviews, change management, estimates, value engineering, procurement, bid evaluations, valuations, final accounts, audits, and closeout
• liaise with project managers, contractors, and client representatives
• represent Turner & Townsend in client meetings and apply company methodologies and best practices.
