What you'll do

• Operate chemical reactors, blending tanks, and processing equipment
• load raw materials according to batch instructions
• monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, vacuum, and flow
• respond to process deviations and alarms
• collect samples
• record batch and production data
• clean, set up, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• report mechanical or safety issues
• assist with packaging and material handling
• follow safety and environmental procedures.
