What you'll do

• Lead antibody discovery programs from hit identification and screening through lead selection and candidate nomination. Design antigen engineering and immunization strategies
• provide technical leadership across B cell-based discovery, immune repertoire screening, and hybridoma platforms. Lead antibody and VHH discovery for therapeutic programs and multispecifics
• evaluate emerging technologies including AI-enabled workflows, machine learning, computational biology, and automation. Direct hybrid campaigns with external partners, mitigate scientific and operational risks, mentor scientists, and contribute through publications, patents, presentations, and collaborations.
