The Entry Level Driver Trainee role is an onsite position based in Fort Wayne, IN. This role exists to provide comprehensive training for individuals to gain experience in operating tractor-trailers or straight trucks. The trainee will learn to execute local, OTR, and shuttle routes while ensuring safe delivery and unloading of food products in compliance with DOT regulations.

What you'll do

• Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program
• assist driver trainer with deliveries
• perform pre/post-trip safety inspections
• ensure freight is loaded and secured
• drive routes according to schedule
• unload products and perform damage control
• complete required DOT paperwork.
