What you'll do

• Lead/direct all support functions of the distribution center, quality/continuous improvement, inventory management, data research and operational planning
• Support Operations teams to ensure service level standards are met
• Research and plan inbound and/or outbound loads
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers
• Handle costs, mitigate risks and create value for the customer
• Track, record and maintain quality data
• Maintain cycle count program
• Identify and deploy cost-saving initiatives
• Handle all direct reports.
