The Staff Pad is partnering with a hospital to provide anesthesia and pain-management services. The CRNA provides anesthesia care for surgical and endoscopic procedures and procedural support for interventional pain management. The role contributes to safe patient care through pre-anesthesia assessment, individualized anesthetic planning, post-anesthesia management, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency cases
• perform interventional pain procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and peripheral nerve blocks
• conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthetic plans
• manage patients in the PACU
• practice within New Mexico regulations and hospital bylaws
• follow AANA, accreditation, OSHA, infection-control, and DEA requirements.
