The Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time position in Downey, CA, with in-home and community-based sessions. Pay is $23.00–$28.00 per hour. Behavioral Health Works supports children and adolescents with autism through personalized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. The technician teaches communication, social, play, and everyday life skills, tracks client progress, and implements behavior support plans while helping maintain client safety. The work contributes to individualized therapy goals in coordination with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
