Field Operations Associate

Job overview

The Field Operations Associate role is onsite, based in the Weatherford, TX area, with work at various job sites and regular travel, including occasional out-of-state projects. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. Select Mat Services’ field crews install and remove composite matting systems, supporting safe and efficient project work. The role assists crews with mat installation and removal, material handling, and daily site coordination. By helping maintain safe, organized job sites and efficient equipment workflows, the associate contributes to crew productivity and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Support installation and removal of composite mats and secure connections with locking pins
• move tools and supplies across active job sites
• guide truck drivers and assist the Crew Lead with daily site coordination
• maintain a clean and organized site and dispose of debris
• help equipment operators maintain workflow and reduce downtime. Regular travel is required at 50%–75%
• company vehicles, lodging, and a $50-per-day per diem are provided for overnight travel.
