The Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant role has a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite in Newark, NJ, and two days remote. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Gather, validate, document, and review requirements
• participate in design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Payroll and Absence Management modules
• support payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, absence plans, and accrual rules
• assist with data conversion and reconciliation
• support unit, system integration, user acceptance, and parallel testing
• participate in integrations
• develop reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
• troubleshoot issues
• maintain documentation
• support training, change management, and post-go-live operations.
