Therapy Coordinator – Spring Hill

The Therapy Coordinator – Spring Hill role is field-based in Spring Hill, FL, providing in-home visits within an assigned territory. Pay is $135 per completed visit for visits 1–9, $160 per visit for visits 10–18, and $185 per visit from visit 19 onward; Medical Advantage Plan visits receive an additional $50 per completed visit, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.25 per mile. Lympha Press’s mission is to improve quality of life for people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema through compression therapy systems. The coordinator delivers devices, conducts trials and demonstrations, and educates patients and caregivers on proper device use. The role supports patient access, appropriate fit and therapy use, documentation, and patient satisfaction in coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced pump benefits and out-of-pocket differences
• schedule and conduct product demonstrations
• take patient measurements and ensure proper device fit
• instruct patients on compression devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions
• explain rental agreements and financial responsibility
• respond to patient questions
• confirm appointments and prepare equipment
• coordinate order completion and documentation
• escalate patient needs to patient relations
• use translation resources when applicable
• comply with applicable regulations
• travel extensively within the assigned territory for in-home visits.
