What you'll do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload assigned medical record charts using EMR systems and company equipment
• communicate with providers and the remote team
• confirm appointments and track schedules
• verify and mark retrieved charts in the designated platform
• troubleshoot technical issues
• log work hours, mileage, and reimbursements
• follow the Code of Conduct and HIPAA requirements
• cross-train in departments to provide support and supplement hours as needed.
